Short & sweet — wedding packages explained: 3-hour (short) vs 8-hour (full day)
3‑Hour — Getting Ready + Ceremony (perfect for intimate elopements or simple ceremonies)
- Coverage: bride (and/or groom) getting ready, detail shots (dress, rings, florals), ceremony, quick family/bridal party portraits, and a few newlywed portraits right after the ceremony.
- Typical timeline: hair/makeup finish → detail + getting ready candids → ceremony → 15–30 minute couples session → family/formal shots → wrap.
- Deliverables: curated gallery of fully edited images (typically 75–150 photos depending on timeline), online gallery, basic print-ready files.
- Ideal if: you want beautiful ceremony coverage and a handful of posed/newlywed portraits without full-day pricing.
- Add‑ons available: extra coverage hours, rehearsal dinner coverage, prints/albums, second shooter.
8‑Hour — Full Day (from prep through reception send-off)
- Coverage: full storytelling from vendor setup and getting ready, first look (if planned), ceremony, family + bridal party portraits, extended newlywed session, reception entrance, speeches, first dance, cake, dancing, and sparklers/send-off — essentially the whole celebration.
- Typical timeline: vendor/setup → getting ready → first look → ceremony → portraits/party → reception events → grand exit.
- Deliverables: comprehensive gallery of fully edited images (typically 450+ photos depending on events), online gallery, print-ready files, timeline planning help, and option for highlight slideshow.
- Ideal if: you want every moment remembered — emotional details, candid stories, and party highlights from start to finish.

I charge a flat rate for the entire event — I find it’s the fairest way to price my wedding and session packages. Extras (additional hours, travel beyond included radius, or add-on services) can be added as needed.

Yes — absolutely! I find a consultation or phone call is the best way to make sure we click, plan a smooth flow for your day, and confirm we’re the perfect match. Send me your preferred times and best contact method (phone or Zoom) and I’ll set it up.
Do you visit the location before the day of the session?
Yes — I love to scout the location before the session to study the light, find the prettiest spots, plan angles and timing, and sort logistics so your day flows smoothly. If an in-person visit isn’t possible, I’m happy to do a virtual scout via photos or video.
How many hours does your wedding package cover?
Our full wedding coverage typically runs 8–10 hours — from the bride getting ready through the end of the reception. Need more or less time? I’m happy to customize packages or add extra hours as needed.
Do you travel for weddings or destination sessions?
Yes — I travel for weddings and destination sessions depending on the location. Send me your date and place, and I’ll check availability and share a custom travel quote (I typically include local travel within a set radius, and factor flights, accommodation, and per-diem for longer trips).
